Set out for your two-wheel tour from your hotel, and from there you will ride on dirt roads to avoid busy roads as much as possible.
Your ride takes you along the West Baray reservoir which was excavated by hand to provide water for the intensive cultivation of land around Angkor. Ride through the villages of Kuok Duong, Kuok Thnuot, and Phum Pem where you can witness the daily lives of, and interact with, villagers and make stops at local markets to local snacks and drinks.
You can also do some community service at one of the local primary schools located on the northern dam of Baray. Your Khmer lunch will be served at a local picnic spot by the West Baray ancient reservoir, and after lunch you will have time to enjoy swimming before moving on.
Next the view changes a bit as you pass through some beautiful sights of the Siem Reap countryside on your way to Krabei Real villages. Here you will have a chance to interact with the local people and watch them plant and harvest rice and other vegetables. You may also visit the local pagodas before you return to your hotel at around 4:30pm.
