This itinerary is perfect for people interested in learning more about the temples of Angkor Complex. There are a multitude of temples, each with unique architecture and a different story to tell.
Arrive at Siem Reap International airport where you will be greeted by your tour guide and driver. You will then be transferred to your hotel.

After check in your hotel, drive to Roluos group, the earliest of the Angkor temples. Visit three principal monuments, Bakong, Preah Ko and Lolei. Return to hotel for midday break.

In the afternoon, visit one of the modern seven wonders of the world Angkor Wat, the most famous and the best-preserved of all temples within the Angkor complex. View twilight on hilltop of Phnom Bakheng. Overnight in Siem Reap.
Today, explore the great capital of Angkor Thom, South Gate, the magnificent temple of Bayon, Baphoun, Royal Enclosure, Phimean Akas, Elephant Terrace, and Terrace of the Leper King.

Before having lunch, continue to the unfinished pyramid temple, Ta Keo and jungle temple Ta Prohm, one of the most fabulous temples in the area. The temple is overgrown by vegetation, with gigantic tree roots and creepers covering all towers.

Afternoon, drive through the typical Khmer countryside to the exquisite Banteay Srei, the temple made of pinkish sandstone with delicate carvings. On the way back to hotel, make a stop at a few local communities to learn how they produce rice products, palm sugar and other goods. Visit Banteay Samre and the day ends at Pre Rup, watching twilight over the green rice-paddies. Overnight in Siem Reap.
Head out to Grand Circuit to visit other amazing temples with different architectural styles such as Preah Khan, Neak Pean, an island temple with five square ponds set right middle of the last Baray, Ta Som, East Mebon. Return to hotel for a midday break.

Afternoon, drive to the Great Tonle Sap Lake and take a boat trip to the floating villages. On the way back, visit Artisans d’ Angkor workshop or additional shopping at local markets. Overnight in Siem Reap.
Today, visit Wat Thmei, the Killing Fields. The Buddhist Temple (Wat) is also known as the Killing Fields Pagoda as it contains a glass-walled stupa containing the bones, skulls of victims of the Khmer Rouge, which are gathered by local residents in memory of friends and family and villagers who died. The trip ends after your transfer to Siem Reap Airport for flight departure.
