This day, you will take a short flight to Mandalay. As you are in this wonderful city, you will soon stand before the Pyin Oo Lwin. You will pass by flower, fruit and vegetable gardens on the windy road to reach Maymyo the former British Hill Station.
Presenting in Pyin Oo Lwin, you take a tour in a local horse drawn 'stage coach'. As you reach to the outskirt of the area, you can see a heavy influence of British in the architecture of local houses, typically the Candacraig Hotel.
In the afternoon, you will take a walk around the nearby countryside after lunch time, then drive to Pwe Kauk village from Pyin Oo Lwin to witness Hampshire waterfalls. From here, you can start tour through several villages of Shan, Danu and Burman ethnic groups and see their technique of growing rice, carrot, damson, orange, strawberry, coffee, mustard, macadamia nut and so on. Along the way, you will drop by an exciting old teak monastery at Sae Ta Lone. As you end up walking at the main highway to meet your transport near the monastery of Myaing Gyi and back to Pyin Oo Lwin. If time permits, you can also choose to visit the caves and waterfalls at Peik Chin Myaung before having a good night at Kandawgyi Lodge Resort in Pyin Oo Lwin.
